LOCATION	Aguirre, Province of Santiago del Estero. 16 km from national route 34 (paved), 12 km south from the town of Malbrán, 30 km southwest of the city of Tostado (Province of Santa Fe) and 750 km from the city of Buenos Aires. The farm has 16 km frontage along the Salado river. Located 15 km from the border with the Province of Santa Fe.

The farm is divided into 20 fields with new fences. APTITUDE	Excellent mixed farming land. There are approximately 2,600 hectares suitable for soybean and any other crop (400 hectares class II, 1,400 hectares class III and 800 hectares class IV). The remainder is very good cattle land for 5,500 cows. At present the farm has 4,000 cows, 150 bulls and 900 male calves. There are 400 hectares planted with excellent Gatton Panic and 300 hectares of Grama Rhodes. 300 hectares on the banks of the Salado river, at present with Gatton Panic and formerly covered in woods, are suitable for gardening. This property consists of high land, feasible to be cleared and devoted to implanting more Gatton Panic which in turn would increase the carrying capacity; it is even possible to implant sorghum, alfalfa or soybean in most of the farm`s surface.
