| DESCRIPTION | BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS:
There is a 250 sq m main house in mint condition, featuring 4 bedrooms, corridor, eat in kitchen, living/family room with slowcombustion heater, bathroom, study, pantry and laundry. Heating is through gas stoves and heater. A 2 car garaje.

Sheep handling facilities include wooden and wire corrals. There is a 600 sq m shearing shed made of galvanized sheet with fixed installation of 8 handle shears, chutes and drive alleys.

TOPOGRAPHY AND VEGETATION:
The farm has the typical topography of the coastal area of Puerto Deseado with special features on its shores, consisting in rolling plains, gullies and low hills, with granite and basalt outcrops mainly occurring along the shoreline.
Vegetation on the farm is bush like, of the Mata Negra (Junellia tridens) type, with presence of fescues and fine grasses, seasonal species and abundant Huarpea Andina, a kind of alternative pasture grass.

The farm can carry 5000 shearing sheep.
Mining industry: Gold and silver deposits have recently been found in neighbouring farms (Pan de Azúcar, Chispas and Chor Aike), ensuring promising prospects for this activity
