Yerba mate, tea and pine farm. Estimated yerba mate production: 20,000 kg per hectare. At present the farm has 14 hectares with old yerba mate plants, 5 hectares with new yerba mate plants, 10 hectares with tea plants and 2 hectares with new pines (8 months old). A river cuts through the farm.
