DESCRIPTION	GENERAL FEATURES: Field with native forest, of broken relief, very picturesque, with completely pure water streams that cross it, and with abundant forest wealth (native species). Suitable for sylviculture, cattle farming and reforestation. The field has the possibility to convert 25% of the surface without felling, as they are grasslands and capuera (part of the forest cleared for cultivation). The remaining 75% has 1,500 ha (3,700 acres), (equivalent to 30% approximately of the whole surface) with A6 soils, capable to either be transformed into forestations or cattle fields. In total, the area of the convertible lot is of 2,700 Ha, which are 50% of the surface (approximately). It has not any enhancements. Rain: 1,800 mm/year. FOREST ASPECTS: 70% of the surface is covered by the typical forest of Misiones, there exists a rich and appreciable quantity of exploitable wood, with an interesting quantity of ivory maple, Cedar, Incense, Black Parrot, Guayubira, Anchico (Parapiptadenia rigida), Marmelero (Ruprechtia Laxiflora), Grapia (Apuleia leiocarpa), etc. The remaining 30 % is capueras and grassland. There is a contract for exploitation of native woods. There is a plan already approved for a 1,600 ha reconversion, in addition to 1,400 ha of capueras capable for reconversion. FAUNA: Great fauna variety, characteristic of the forest (monkeys, jaguar, boar, birds of different species, tateto (wild pig), deer, paca (Agouti paca), tatú (etophractus villosus), carpincho (Hydrochoerus hydrochaeris), etc. and an important fish wealth in its streams. OCCUPANTS: There are not irregular occupants, neither are in the adjacent properties.
