LOCATION	Uco Valley, Department San Carlos, Province of Mendoza At 4 km (2.5 miles) West of National Route Nº 40, near to the first foothills of the Andean Ridge, at a height of 1.100 m (328 ft) above sea level. Towards the West, there are the imposing Cordillera de Los Andes. Its geographic coordinates are 34º South and 69º 20’ West.

DESCRIPTION	Three houses for workers. 120 sq.m. each (1.292 sq.ft.), with 3 sleeping rooms, bathroom and eat-in kitchen. 1 house/bureau, 120 sq.m. (1292 sq.ft.), with 2 sleeping rooms, office, kitchen and living room. Medium voltage electrical connection, contracted with EDEMSA, with own lines. Main shed, habilitated as packing shed 10 drying sheds, with 15 x 35 m roof each (50 x 115 ft.)
APTITUDE	The estate is intended for high quality malbec grapes production, and for the production of garlic and other vegetables. It is in a high sanity area, ideal for garlic and other vegetables, vineyards and aromatic plants. The purity of the phreatic water coming from snow thawing, the special conditions of the area with its low humidity an important thermal differences, result in first quality products. The climate is convenient for agriculture because of the differentiation of the four seasons IRRIGATION: Vineyards with drop irrigation with self-compensating water droppers –NETAFIM. System. 180 m deep-water well (590 ft.), 300 m3/hora (10.600 cu.ft./hour), capable to irrigate the 23 ha (57 acres) already planted and the 37 ha (91 acres) to be planted. Truck crops: the estate combines high tech and handicraft in the seeding. The irrigation is by sprinklers, with pivot stationary equipment, which generate a high agronomical efficiency because they deliver the necessary amount of water in function of the evapotranspiration and the growing state. The extension of the furrows optimizes the cultivation and especially the harvest. During the growing cycle, the handling of fertilizers and pesticides is thoroughly controlled, according to international standards and those from the Instituto Nacional de Tecnología Agropecuaria (National Institute of Agricultural Technology). It is to highlight that most of the year the climate is sunny with mild cold southern winds, given by the altitude, which assure good sanitation and low use of agrochemicals, therefore protecting the ecosystem. All the system is operated by control panels and computerized operation.
