DESCRIPTION	Property of high quality vineyards, located in the area of the Productive Corridor in the Mendoza Province. The region has an ideal climate for producing Premium wines. There is a growing demand for Premium and Ultra Premium wines and an international recognition of the Uco Valley wines. The farm is located at an average altitude of 1170 meters above sea level (3838 ft). 25 ha (62 acres) are implanted in 204 full width rows and 15 ha (37 acres) are leveled, ready for implantation. IRRIGATION AND FERTILIZATION: Drip ferti-irrigation system in all the implanted acres and designed to cover 100% of the farm. Dropper flow: 1.1 liter; spacing between droppers: 0.70 m; (2,2 ft) number of sequences: 3; pumping requirement: flow: 147 m3/hr (5190 cu.ft./hr), pressure before filters: 40 m water column: (131 ft) DEEP WELL: Depth 191 m. (626 ft). Flow rate 225 m3/hr (7,946 cu.ft./hr). PUMPING EQUIPMENT: 175 HP Grundfos electric pump, SP-215/7 model; 12” cased hole. Installation depth 160 m (525 ft); static level approximately 126 m (413 ft). Pumping: Q = 241 m3/hr (7,945 cu.ft./hr). at 156 m pump head (511 ft), Q = 208 to 181 m3/hr. (7,345 to 6,392 cu.ft./hr). ELECTRIC POWER: 800 m aerial medium voltage cable (2625 ft); 315 KVA transformer, control and power measurement cabinet for 250 Hp according to Edemsa standards. The cabinet has a 400 Amp Siemens key switch, KLS model 3 with quick cut fuses; a 200 Hp Siemens Silkostarm soft start ramp starter; a bypass Siemens contactor model 3 TF 52; range 250-400 Amp thermal relay; an asymmetry and lack of phase relay and motion reversal; a voltmeter with 0-500 volt selector range; 400/5Amp ammeter with 400/5 Amp current transformer. The starter can start the pump manually or automatically. A control panel was programmed to use a booster if necessary. An atmospheric discharger was installed to divert maximum peak voltages. PLANTING AND FRAMING SCHEDULE: High trellis with rows 2 meters apart (6.6 ft). The orientation of the rows is from N to S. The eucalyptus wood used is treated with CCA salts and vacuum for the central and lateral poles, and using stones to perform the large stakes. Premium Acindar AR/17/15 San Martín wires are used in the loads and AR/15 in movables (purchased at Casa Palumbo and Lujan Agrícola). The distribution of varietals in the blocks was from north to south to facilitate tilling, fertilizing and ferti-irrigation sequences. VARIETALS AND PLANTING DENSITY: Planting density varies according to the variety between 1 m, 1.16 m or 1.40 m between plants (3.25; 3.8 and 4.59 ft respectively). Sauvignon Blanc: clones 297 and 376 from Morrison Couderc Nurseries.
