DESCRIPTION	PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: Spacious main house with 4 rooms. Office. Caretaker house. 3 baths for seasonal workers, kitchen and dining room for 12 to 15 seated. 2 large sheds. 1 small tool storage shed. The farm is fully equipped with machinery for vineyard operation. Drip irrigation system imported from Israel in 1999. Grunfos electric pump (125 HP). Irrigation well 200 m deep; the electric pump is placed at 90 m depth.
APTITUDE	Vineyard in operation since 1999 with 44 hectares planted with the following varieties of grapes (and their respective surfaces): Cabernet Sauvignon (18 hectares), Syrah (20.8 hectares) and Chardonnay (5.2 hectares), all of them fine varieties, developed with the system known as “parral cuyano” (2.1 m tall plants covering a 3 x 3 m area). There are another 10.5 hectares with drip irrigation already installed, but without any grapes planted on them. The rest of the surface has been levelled and stripped of shrubs. It can be thoroughly planted and irrigated with the same well once clearing is done. Output varies between 800,000 and 922,000 kg. This year´s yield amounted to 885,280 kg.
