Scale and loader on asphalt with work facilities. 14,000 m of artificial drainage channels (8.7 miles) that allow to evacuate excess rain water from the field and keep it 100% exploitable. Wire fences: The perimetral wires at its north, south, and east sides are in good general condition, and the west boundary is the Paranacito River. The field is divided into 5 paddocks with electric and conventional wires, with 4 and 5 threads, in good general condition, and 2 pens in the same conditions. Watering places: without problems of water supply because to the west is the Paranacito River and the brooks and artificial channels that cut the field from east to west supply water in its entirety.
APTITUDE	This is a very good field for cattle, with the characteristics of the area (pronounced knolls, low and grassy marshlands). The majority of the knolls are well marked in north-south direction. The field is cut by two streams in east-west direction (Sagastume and Salinas Chico). The latter is artificially deepened with a road at its side, which gives the field an easy management, since access is allowed, whether by truck or van, to 80% of the field. Receptivity: 0.7 to 0.8 livestock units/ha (0.28 to 0.32 livestock units/acre). The field is currently working with 2000 heads.
