Leleque zone. Access at 800 m from national route 40, km 1829.
At 80 km north of the city of Esquel by asphalted Route 40 (50 miles), 60 km from Esquel Airport (by the same route) (37 miles). In the other direction, at 12 km (7 miles) from the intersection to Cholila and to Estancia Leleque and 90 km from of El Maitén town (56 miles).

Dimensions: 3.5 km x 7 km. (2 x 4 miles). On the slope of the Leleque Range, which is over 2200 m at its highest point, and is part of the property (7217 ft).
|DESCRIPTION||FACILITIES AND IMPROVEMENTS: |
Main house built in 2007 with living room, dining room, kitchen, cold room, bathroom with Jacuzzi, bedroom and playroom. Garage, log storage and tool room (area 160 m2) (1722 sq.ft.). Gas with gas tank. Electricity by 5.5 kw generator. Foreseen to be provided by the power plant.
House for the foreman with two bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom with water installation. Gas with gas tank.
Shed with bathroom and firewood water heater.
Garage for tractor and fuel tank.
Henhouse for 150 layers and meat hen.
Corral for turkeys and rabbits.
Perimeter wire fence in good condition.
Stall for firefighting tools.
Shed for bales. Materials for its expansion.
Corral and chute (cattle and/or sheep).
Irrigation system (160 mm polypropylene pipes) for 40 ha (99 acres). Intake already built. Australian slop tank. Welded and buried pipes. In installation stage.
5.5 kw hydroelectric plant for light generation for the post and the main house. In the final stage of installation. Stall already built.
Machinery: 1 double traction FIAT DT780 mod.86 tractor, with cabin, 65 hp, power take off, remote control and 3-point hitch, several implements (spare parts, digger, 4 plow, 2 graders, truck, weed cutter and 20 disc harrow).
Approximately 15 km of wire fences in good condition (9 miles) and about 20 km of internal roads (12 miles).
17 ha of mallin (flooding area) (42 acres). Sectorized in small paddocks with electrical wiring (two electrifiers).
Two permanent brooks. The flow varies according to the thawing season. There are also catchment tributaries. Despite the droughts of 1998, 2007 and 2008 they had more than enough water for consumption and irrigation of poplars.
The mallin is parceled into 17 paddocks with poplars.

NATIVE FOREST AND FORESTATION:
Native forests of lenga (Nothofagus pumillo), laura (Schinus sps.), ñire (Nothofagus antarctica), cypress, radal (Lomatia hirsuta) and maiten (Maytenus boaria). There is an application to the Forestry Division of the Province for the management of the lenga forest.

The forestation was performed in the lower part of the field (which has less precipitation), therefore the following plantations will have lower losses and better performance because of the increasing moisture and soil quality. Anyhow, there remains little place for forestation

Observed wild animals: deer (neighbor hunting reserve), pumas, foxes, hares, elegant crested tinamous and wild boars.
Interesting field for bird watching.
Curiosities: At 5 km (3 miles) passes the Trochita or o Viejo Expreso Patagónico (The Old Patagonian Express), the world-renowned steam railway. It travels from Ing. Jacobacci (RN) to Esquel (CH), passing through the town of El Maiten and with a station at about 15 km in the Estancia Leleque (9 miles).
