The property is located in the valley of Rio Chubut, in the Province of Chubut , Patagonia, Argentina. SIZE	Size of each parcel 1. 4,423 hectares ( 10,925 acres) and has 6.775 kilometers (4.25 miles) of river front. 2. 4,363 hectares (10, 777 acres) and has 8.114 kilometers (4.75 miles) of river front. 3. 8,135 hectares (20,094 acres) of mountain range including a large valley. Note: The properties can be sold as one property or divided between properties of 1,000 hectares (2,500 acres) minimum. They are all linked together.

Micro climate which makes the area 5 to 7 degrees warmer than the Andes front range including Bariloche or Esquel. Rain fall of 300mm (12 inches), mostly in the winter. 300 days of sun per year. Dry weather, warm days, cool nights. Mild winter without snow in the valley. Natural native grassland in the valley and mountain range. 2 lakes of 5 hectares (13.5 acres) each stocked with native wild trout –rainbows and browns – .
