The farm is located on paved road. | | SIZE | 7680 hectares (18,980 acres) | | DESCRIPTION | IMPROVEMENTS: Three-phase electric power. 36 enclosures with wire fences and adequate water supply. The fences are in very good condition. In the eastern sector are located complete systems for cattle handling, in good condition, also a house for management, housing for staff and a 250 m2 warehouse (2690 sq.ft); in the Western sector there is a four room house for staff and an open shed of about 200 m2. (2152 sq. ft) The available water for livestock, of good quality, is obtained from three wells, in separate locations at a depth of around 80 m (262 ft), with static level at 30 m (98 ft). These wells deliver a flow rate of approximately 10 m3/h each (353 cu. ft) The water distribution to the paddocks is done by storing the water pumped from wells into australian tanks (four), and by gravity derived to watering tanks (fifteen) through buried pipes. | | APTITUDE | SOILS: Silt loam to loamy. Very uniform without salinity. Field suitable for agriculture and complete cycle of livestock raising and fattening, with aptitude for soybeans, sorghum, corn, beans, annual and perennial pastures. It is a field that has been completely developed for livestock, where we can distinguish two distinct development areas: a: Eastern Sector, consisting of fourteen lots of approximately 100 hectares each (247 acres), of which four are eligible for harvest crops, and ten implanted with consociated buffel and gatton for livestock, b: Western Sector, composed of twenty lots between 90 and 450 ha (222 and 1,112 acres), with buffel and gatton consociated on clearance for livestock production, here there is a forest renewal that covers an area of about 1,200 ha (2,965 acres) that needs an immediate task of rolling and cleaning. CURRENT USE: Livestock farming, direct grazing of summer pastures implanted; indirect deferred grazing, pasture rolls of the above mentioned, with 450 ha and 370 ha (1,111 and 9145 acres) already rolled and under cleaning process for agriculture, 5,400 ha (13,340 acres) rolled and with consociated Buffel and Gatton pasture, for livestock and 1,400 ha (3,459 acres) with forest. Current cattle load: 0.7 UG / ha. (0.28 CU/acre) Rainfall: 650 to 800 mm (25.6 to 31.5 inches) CONSIDERATIONS: This is a good cattle field, well located, with excellent access and very good scale for the livestock activity. |
