Located approximately 100 km north of San Fernando del Valle de Catamarca, capital city of the province, through provincial route 1. The farm is bordered to the east by the Singuil River and to the north by a stream.

DESCRIPTION	IMPROVEMENTS: There are no buildings or structures on the farm. OROGRAPHY AND SOILS: Mountaineous landscape with levelled plateaus, hills and small valleys. Frank sandy to sandy soils with few stones. Erosion due to its sharp slope will require systematic terracing.
APTITUDE	This farm has plenty of excellent water year round, as it features 2 streams on its northern and western limits, as well as several springs which cut through the land. This supply of plentiful water enables the planting of crops, nut trees and fruits (cherry, plum, etc) and cattle farming. Molle, orcomolle, cebil and red quebracho woods scattered throughout the farm. The area is rich in untapped mining resources, mainly mica. Average annual rainfall: 850 to 950 mm.
