LOCATION	Partido (department) of Roque Pérez, Province of Buenos Aires. Section III. Located 12 km from national route 205, on a well maintained dirt road with year round access.

DESCRIPTION	Property description and improvements: New house featuring 2 bedrooms, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. Spacious garage attached. A 3,4 x 12 m metal storage shed. Cattle handling facilities with chute and corrals. 2 concrete stock-tanks. A newly finished 15,000 m channel network which surrounds the farm borders, along with a parallel embankment atop of which runs a track used for the circulation of vehicles. An auxiliary channel for the drainage of the Saladillo stream has also been dug, which borders the farm on its south boundary. All these channels have been aimed at managing and swiftly draining the excess of water coming from the neighbouring farms and the flooding of the Saladillo stream due to severe rainfalls, above the normal precipitations. The Saladillo stream has also been dug and rectified.
APTITUDE	Cattle farm. It has always carried 400 to 500 head of cattle and horses. There are 250 hectares prone to flooding with drainage (very lush in the summer season). At present it has 150 hectares planted with sunflower.
