LOCATION	County of Mercedes, Province of Buenos Aires, Argentina. District VI. 8 km from the hamlet of M J García and asphalted road, 10 km from national route 5, 15 km from the city of Mercedes and 112 km from the city of Buenos Aires. The farm can be accessed via M J García or Mercedes

DESCRIPTION	FACILITIES AND IMPROVEMENTS: The farm has a 800 m long popplar trees avenue. It leads to the farmyard, which offers a set of buildings and a park with stands of mature trees. There is a cottage, built in a rustic countryside style, featuring 2 bedrooms, fully equipped bathroom, living room with tall windows which ensure nice views of the park, eat in kitchen with new electric water heater. APTITUDE	Agriculture and cattle farming. Ideally suited for weekend recreation and rural tourism. As far as agriculture is concerned, soybean, sorghum and wheat are planted yearly on 28 hectares on a rotational basis (corn and sunflower used to be grown as well). Prime Angus breed of cattle is raised in the other fields. At present there are 50 head of cattle, among cows, calves and bull, which are supplemented with balanced forage in bunkers specially installed for that matter
