LOCATION	Partido (department) of Mar Chiquita, Province of Buenos Aires, Argentina. Broad front on Route 11. The back of the field is overlooking the Laguna Mar Chiquita, at side are the access avenue to the town of Mar Chiquita and the Vivorata brook. The field is located at 16 km from Santa Clara del Mar (10 miles), 36 km from Mar del Plata (22 miles), 73 km from Villa Gesell (45 miles). Pinamar is at 101 km (62 miles) and at 422 km from Buenos Aires (262 miles)
SIZE	243 hectares (600 acres).
