LOCATION	General Alvarado, Province of Buenos Aires. Route 88 (400 m front on route) (437 yards). At 14 km (8.6 miles) from the city of Miramar and 38 km from Mar del Plata (23.6 miles). Direct access from the route with a consolidated stone road.

DESCRIPTION	New main house, built within a new 2 year old 4 ha park (9.9 acres), which has more than 100 trees, eucalyptus curtains and grove of native trees The house was built with traditional construction and first class materials. It has double exterior walls, with facing brickwork and air chamber, aluminum windows with double glasses, air chamber and mosquito net. Color galvanized sheet metal roof. Two sleeping rooms with closets, complete bathroom and antechamber, first class tiles in walls and floors, living room with fireplace, dining and living room integrated with the kitchen, complete kitchen.. It has an “L” shaped veranda of 80 sq.m (861 sq.ft.), with barbecue and mud oven. The water for the house is obtained from a new well equipped with a submersible pump. APTITUDE	12 ha of blueberries (29.6 acres) in production. The age of the plants is between 6 and two years. The harvest period is from the beginning of December until the beginning of February. The type of fruit is suitable to send by ship (mostly briguita). All the planted area has installations for drip irrigation. It is divided into sectors for a better water and nutrients management. The stand of plants is separated 1 m (3.3 ft) between plants and 3 m (9.9 ft) between streets. They are on ridges for a better drainage and with natural mulching for better handling of humidity and weeds (approx. 3.300 plants/ha, 1330 plants/acre). The plant for fruit selection and packing is approved by the Municipality of G. Alvarado and Senasa (Servicio Nacional de Sanidad y Calidad Agroalimentaria; National Food Safety and Quality Service). The plant is approved to export. (nowadays they are exporting and the remainder is sold locally). Secondary storage for packing materials is behind the packing room. 200 walnut trees, with varieties criolla and grafted (year 2005) with Chandler cultivar (nowadays the best in the market) Irrigation with mini sprinklers in the walnuts. Drop irrigation for each tree in the tree curtains. The estate has all the tools necessary to develop the activities.
