The establishment has develped a closed rodeo of black Angus cows for 50 years, with stationed service, to which were incorporated only 10 pure pedigree cows from \"Pretal\" in 1983 and every year the necessary replacement pure pedigree bulls, which are purchased in the most acknowledged cabañas (Pedigree breeding establishments) in the country. The main activity of the establishment is meat production; sires are chosen not only keeping in mind their paternal and maternal pedigree but also their butchering conditions, since these top cabañas sell their sires with carcass merit measurements (Loin eye area, thickness of dorsal fat, thickness of hip fat, etc.).
